Machine Assistance Program (M.A.P.)

Our evaluation will also provide a list of machine upgrades that would be beneficial to your production efficiencies.
Machine Inspection Program
Our Inspection Program is designed to have one of our technical service specialists travel at our expense (labor) to evaluate your machine. The specialist will develop a list of necessary worn or broken machine components and make any necessary adjustments to the machine. The parts will be quoted as Original Equipment Machine (OEM) parts. After the purchase of the parts you will have the option to either put them on yourself or have one our trained service specialists install them for you.
Extended Warranty Program
The Automatän Club program extends your warranty coverage period for up to 3 years. This program covers major components such as drives, pneumatic components, mechanical position controls, electrical processors and registration controllers.
Machine Modem Diagnostics
Our technical specialists can accurately diagnose your machine’s condition through a remote PLC service connection, using a special analog phone line modem provided with the machine at no additional charge.
